Zisson skal gjøre en større oppgradering av en sentral database som dessverre vil føre til at Zisson Interact vil være ustabil og i kortere perioder utilgjengelig. Det vil heller ikke være mulig/ustabilt å logge seg på/av køer og ut/inn av pauser.

Telefoni vil som vanlig bli distribuert til agenter som er logget på kø.

Vi beklager så mye for ulempene det vil medføre.

Zisson will proceed with a major upgrade on a central database, this which will unfortunately lead to Zisson Interact being unstable and unavailable for shorter periods. You may be unable or experience instability regarding logging on or off queues, and pause or after call work.

Telephony will as usual be distributed to agents who are already logged on queue.

We apologize so much for the inconvenience this will cause.
